My Journey

Throughout my childhood, I was always recognized as the "artistic one" within my family. As a child, I would sit at the kitchen table, captivated by making home videos until my mom insisted it was time for bed. Unknown to my passions at the time, my personality perfectly embodied that of an artistic soul, a description often echoed by those around me. Immersed in a world of creativity, my imagination thrived, nurturing new ideas within my mind on a daily basis. Growing up, I yearned to push the boundaries of my projects, innovate my concepts, and become more than I ever thought possible.

Painting and self-taught piano lessons brought me solace at a young age. From vlogging with my family's outdated video camera to pouring heartfelt thoughts into my journal, I discovered immense joy in giving life to my ideas and emotions through various artistic mediums. With every passing day, my love for my natural talents deepened, and my passion for creativity blossomed, shaping me into the person I am today. It was during those formative years that I realized my abilities stemmed from my creative mind. This allowed me to convey the magnificence of the world that surrounded me.

For eighteen years, my artistic prowess served as an escape from the challenges I faced during my childhood. Being a military child, my life deviated from what many consider "normal." Despite the hardships that came with having a parent in the military, I cherished the incredible stories and experiences that made me profoundly grateful for my unique upbringing. The exhilarating cross-country road trips exposed me to diverse cultures, nurturing my mind's ability to create the most wondrous worlds. Whether residing in Colorado, Maryland, or New Jersey, each relocation instilled within me a distinct and cherished feeling—the feeling of passion. The profound connection between a person and their hobby became indescribable. My life overflowed with unforgettable moments, allowing me to reveal my passion and to keep going.

In 2007, my family was assigned to Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City Beach, Florida, where I encountered the beach for the first time. This place resonated deeply with my creative heart. Florida introduced me to a vast array of experiences I feel I had missed out on until then, awakening my realization of my true hobbies. Reflecting on my interests as a child, I found myself drawn to art, photography, and writing whenever I had free time. It became clear that I would excel in these subjects because of my genuine love for them.

Throughout my grade school years, I often found myself lost in a notebook, filling its pages with whimsical stories or doodling tiny sketches during those monotonous classes. While advanced art and photography classes allowed me to express my creativity, it was in language and literature classes that I devoted most of my time in high school. Advanced English courses came naturally to me somehow, as I relished the projects, the composition, and even the comprehension—they were all in my wheelhouse. In my final years of high school, I took on the challenge of AP Language and AP Literature classes, which humbled me quickly and enhanced both my writing skills and creative thoughts. Those demanding classes proved incredibly valuable, offering the challenge I craved.

Upon graduating from high school in 2019, I embarked on a new chapter of my life at the University of Tampa. As my journey began, I immediately felt a sense of identity loss. It seemed as though a profound case of writer's block had taken hold of my life. Choosing a major became a daunting task, as I struggled to muster any genuine interest and found my mind going blank. The College of Arts, while seemingly fitting, didn't entice me because I yearned for a challenge outside my comfort zone. A business major caught my attention due to my enrollment in a business school. While in college, I took several advanced writing courses along my degree plan, finding immense happiness in pursuing my passion. Eventually, my writing skills became so refined that one of my professors asked for permission to publish my work in one of his blog posts - that was new to me. While I enjoyed contributing to others and expanding my knowledge, I still felt something was missing. This journey led me to consider a career in business. I aspired to become my own boss, leveraging my creative thinking to inspire others. During the rest of my time in college, I believed that having everything figured out was essential for success. However, I soon realized that this couldn't be further from the truth. I learned a valuable lesson amongst many, being life teaches us valuable lessons through tough experiences.

In my sophomore year at UT, I stumbled upon marketing as I sought to declare a major and find clarity in my life. Extensive research, marketing classes, and countless late-night study sessions were necessary for me to truly grasp where my skills lay. While I found marketing intriguing, I remained uncertain about where to start. Approaching my final years of college, I eagerly took on various projects to explore and strengthen my passion for marketing, with the aim of identifying my areas of expertise. The vastness of the marketing industry enticed me, and I yearned to be part of the advertising, art, or content direction fields where I could continually be challenged. With that in mind, my goal is to find an occupational dream where every day I feel I learned something for myself and have made a valuable contribution to others. My goals to reach that future endeavor is to continue engaging in small content projects along the way to continuously rekindle my imagination. As I continue on my journey I tend to remind myself often that my creativity had never truly left me during those difficult discoveries—it simply needed a spark of inspiration. Among these projects, "The CatDaddy Project" holds a special place in my heart, serving as my most inspiring endeavor and propelling me forward to where I stand today, fueling my thirst for knowledge.

With my deep passion for content creation and my ability to share my personal story, I hope to inspire others. My journey brings me immense joy in sharing what creative knowledge and hopes I have that can contribute to promoting future products. A newfound hobby of solo travel has recently captivated me, allowing me to explore the world as an adult. This pursuit has reignited my appreciation for diverse cultures and trends, much like it did during my childhood. My ultimate goal is to showcase the power of creativity in shaping products and how marketing can profoundly influence individuals, leaving them touched by its awe-inspiring glory. By sharing my story, I hope to help others find that inspirational spark within themselves during moments when they feel lost, like I once did.

My motto is simple: create more, inspire more, be more.
